Petroleum Contract Firstdrill - January 2012
Elixir Petroleum have selected Firstdrill to design and engineer a multi
well exploration campaign in the Paris Basin, France. Firstdrill is

ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 Accreditation December 2011
Firstdrill has been compliant with the ISO accreditations for
Health and Safety and Environment for a number of years, however a
conscious decision to achieve official recognition in 2011 was obtained
in December.

Oil India Award Firstdrill an 18 month project
management consultancy contract in Gabon- December 2011
Firstdrill is pleased to announce the signing of a major contract with
Oil India Limited.
Firstdrill will provide drilling engineering and project management
services for up to 3 wells in the Shakthi Block onshore Gabon. Firstdrill
senior management travelled to Gabon to meet with Oil India management
and to be introduced to Gabonese Government Officials. The trip was
deemed a great success and because Oil India would like to start the
drilling campaign as soon as possible, the drilling engineering team
have formed and have hit the ground running. The expected spud date for
the first well is forecasted to be the 1st July 2012.

Firstdrill Arabian Gulf open a new office in Dubai –
November 2011
CEO Dr. Thomas Redman said “This is an exiting
time for our growing company. The Dubai office will allow us to better
service the Middle Eastern Markets”.

Firstdrill Management visits operators in Western
Australia – November 2011
Dr. Thomas Redman visited clients
and international operators to discuss Firstdrills Technical
capabilities. The trip was a great success for Firstdrill as the
meetings cemented some old working relationships and led to many new
relationships being formed.

Perenco Contract Firstdrill- October 2011
Perenco
take over the running of Wytch Farm on the 14th of December 2011, during
the transitional phase Firstdrill is very pleased to be providing
several engineering staff to work on the various projects including workovers and the planning of a new drilling campaign. Firstdrill is
situated 15 miles from the main Wytch Farm site, which gives us
unprecedented access and local knowledge. Firstdrill senior
management has previous experience of operating at Wytch Farm including
the Extended Reach Drilling of the 1990’s.

Kieran Price Joins the engineering Team– October
2011
Firstdrill welcome a new Drilling Engineer to the team,
fresh from drilling wildcat wells in the Falkland Islands, Kieran Price
joins us from Weatherford International. Kieran is the latest of a batch
of young engineers who find Firstdrill a challenging and rewarding
company with which to further their career. The breadth of projects
undertaken, from remote land operations, deep water drilling and
operating in environmentally sensitive areas means that there is never a
dull moment for an ambitious engineer.

Operational update on Strait Oil and Gas Georgia -
September 2011
In Georgia, Range Resources announced that
following the successful setting of casing to 700m and the installation
of the blowout preventer (BOP), drilling has recommenced and is
currently at 1,339m. Drilling with continue to approx. 2,500m at which
point 9 5/8“ casing will be set before drilling will recommence out to a
target total depth of approx. 3,500m, which is expected to be reached in
late September.

SacOil engages Firstdrill for Production Study -
August 2011
Firstdrill has been engaged to provide a desktop
study of well testing methods. The project will contribute to their
operations planning for the upcoming well programme.

Georgian Well Spud - July 2011
The
Strait Oil and Gas project which is fully managed by Firstdrill can
announce the successful spudding of their Georgian well Mukhiani 1.
Drilling is continuing with the well currently at 510m. It is
anticipated that drilling will continue to circa 700m after which casing
will be set and logging performed.

- Buried Hill renew contract -
July 2011
Firstdrill has been awarded an extension to their
contract to provide well planning services to Buried Hill's upcoming
exploration programme. Firstdrill continues to lead the way with niche
engineering projects.

Sonorex Oil & Gas extends contract to include EIA - July 2011
Sonorex has continued the development of their upcoming well
programme by engaging Firstdrill to write an Environmental Impact
Assessment for their chosen well sites. Firstdrill's expert knowledge of
well operations and experience in Environmental matters makes a good
combination for the development of an accurate report.

offshore Merrow prospect in 2011.
