Drilling Engineers
Urgently required for: Drilling Engineers to become staff members for our overseas operations. As key members of the team, you will be responsible for the operational efficiency to engineer, plan and cost all drilling activities.
Essential Skills
- Degree in Engineering, science or extensive experience and training with a major oil company.
- Perform well designs and drilling programs and assist in the execution of the agreed programs.
- Recommend best development concept for present and future wells as well as best rig concept.
- Effective communicator/influencer at all levels and strong negotiation skills.
- Advise in the planning and safe execution of the well construction activities
- Provide engineering support to the drilling operations and ensure the delivery of well objectives is compliant with relevant policies and regulations
- Support the Project Manager in obtaining technical and budgetary approval from all partners as well as presenting selected concepts to them.
Desired Skills
- Experienced and proactive with a minimum of 7 years experience in the field.
