Description:
Firstdrill are seeking the right sales candidates to join the Company in our new office in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. Our Company provides project management, operations management, well engineering and other related services to the upstream oil and gas business. Established in 1996, our company has been hired by wide cross section of operating companies including many of the world’s major oil companies to provide niche engineering services for drilling wells. We have operated all over the world, both onshore and offshore, in all environments and now the company is planning a major expansion into the Middle East and Australasia.
We are looking for a team of sales professionals to spearhead the sales effort initially covering MENA and Asia regions. Each candidate will be evaluated on their individual merits – we are looking for researchers, business developers and experienced sales professionals.
This will be a residential position in Dubai and our preference is for someone already establish in the UAE.
Essential Skills:
- Sales experience: Junior staff minimum of 5 years
- Sales experience: Senior staff minimum of 15 years
- Solid understanding of CRM software
- Self motivated, Proactive, Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
- Confident verbal communicator with good writing skills
- Ability to Prioritise
- Ability to undertake frequent international travel
Desired Skills:
- Work experience in upstream oil and gas sector
- Degree in an engineering discipline
- Experience selling consultancy and / or engineering services
- Other languages
- Flexible
Salary:
A competitive compensation package will be offered and will depend on experience, ability and education plus a performance related bonus.
